The Options

In today’s market, like elsewhere, there are a variety of search and placement firms offering numerous packages. You can shop for the cheapest one, the largest one, the smallest one, or the one that claims it will do more for less.

Employment Solutions strongly recommends you do all the above before calling us. Our staff has been trained not only in the placement process but also in what customer service and satisfactions means. Employment Solutions is not a resume distribution center. Our firm is a highly skilled recruiting organization that prides itself on finding the right candidate that will put your company ahead of the competition.

Employment Solutions has several options -
Temporary Employee is just that - temporary. He/She is in your company to fill a void, vacation, illness etc.

Temp to Hire - A candidate who works as an Employment Solution employee at your facility, for a pre-arranged period with the "full" intent to become your employee at the end of this agreement.

Permanent - This is a one time fee payable within 10 days of start date.

Hourly Search - For the higher levels of a true recruitment assignment, an hourly wage will be billed during the search period. There will be no additional charges upon starting.

Contract - A monthly fee will be charged along with a reduced per placement fee.

Choosing an option is the only difficult decision you will have to make when working with Employment Solutions.
